Brunelcare is seeking a Registered Nurse to maintain excellent clinical skills and lead the care team at our Orchard Grove and Little Heath Reablement Sites in Bristol. Bank working offers a flexible schedule, enabling you to fit work around other commitments.

You will deliver compassionate, person-centred care, support residents to stay as independent as possible, and uphold high care standards across all services.

Formación

• Registered Nurse with current NMC registration.
• Ability to lead a care team and maintain clinical skills.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver outcome-focused care to help people remain independent.
• Promote high health and social care standards in the home.
• Lead and motivate the staff team to provide a homely, person-centred environment.
• Provide care across medication, wound care, long-term condition management, end-of-life and dementia care.
