You’re a qualified Registered General or Mental Health Nurse (RGN or RMN) with an active NMC Nursing PIN. You’ll have a natural ability to connect with people residents, families, and colleagues alike bringing warmth, understanding, and a calm, patient demeanour to every interaction.
