As a Night Receptionist in Courtyard by Marriott Glasgow SEC you will be responsible for the preparation and disposition of all Night Audit work as well as all Front Office functions during the overnight shift. You will be a member of a great team where everyone is just as important as the other.

Responsibilities include:

• Responding to every guest’s requests including concierge requests.
• Meeting different guests every day and providing an exciting experience.
• Providing a personal and friendly service to our guests.
• Focusing on the guest experience with a service-minded approach.
• Applying knowledge of accounting principles.
• Being detail-oriented.
• Working as a team player.
• Having great energy and being a people person.
• Being flexible and positive.
• Holding experience from working as a Night Receptionist before.
• Being proficient in technology and having experience with Opera (PMS) before.
• Speaking and writing fluently in English and preferably a second language.

The front desk is open 24/7 and you will be working in night shifts.
