As a Night Receptionist at Courtyard by Marriott Glasgow SEC, you will be responsible for the preparation and completion of all Night Audit work as well as all Front Office functions during the overnight shift. You will be part of a dedicated team where everyone plays a vital role.

1. Respond to guest requests, including concierge services.
2. Interact with different guests daily, ensuring an exciting and engaging experience.
3. Provide personal and friendly service to our guests.
4. Maintain a service-minded approach with a focus on guest experience.
5. Have knowledge of accounting principles.
6. Pay attention to details.
7. Be a team player.
8. Bring energy and a people-oriented attitude.
9. Be flexible and positive.
10. Have previous experience as a Night Receptionist.
11. Be proficient with technology, especially Opera (PMS).
12. Speak and write fluently in English; knowledge of a second language is preferred.

The front desk operates 24/7, and you will be working night shifts.
