Qualifications

• 4 years experience as a receptionist in a 4* or 5* hotel or luxury apartments.
• Experience working on systems and good computer skills.
• Good knowledge of London, including restaurants and sites.

Cheval Collection are currently recruiting a Night Receptionist to join our Front Office team at our luxury serviced apartments in Cheval Harrington Court, located in South Kensington. (Shift pattern, 30 hours over 3 days)

The Night Receptionist will join our motivated team of hospitality professionals, who are dedicated to this exceptional residence. As the Night Receptionist you will be responsible for providing a courteous, efficient and friendly service to our residents whilst also maintaining the security of the residence. This is a very varied role which includes dealing with guest enquiries, arrivals and departures, administration work, floor walks and keeping the front desk area clean and tidy.

• Able to work on your own and within a small team
• 4 years experience working as a receptionist within a 4*or 5* hotel or luxury apartments environment
• Have experience working on systems and good computer skills

• Have a good knowledge of London, restaurants and sites
• Have previous experience in a luxury service environment
