We are actively seeking a Night Receptionist at Fanhams Hall in Ware, Hertfordshire, responsible for the hotel, guests, and operations during the night shift. The position requires working 40 hours over 5 nights, from 10:45 pm to 7:15 am.

Main Responsibilities
  • Maintain luxury standards of cleanliness and service
  • Operate cleaning machinery per guidelines
  • Handle cleaning chemicals in line with COSHH
  • Attend to guest needs, including arrivals and departures
  • Set up conference and banqueting rooms
  • Ensure security and safety of property and guests
  • Conduct regular patrols
  • Work collaboratively and evaluate guest experience
  • Maintain effective communication across departments
  • Maximize revenue opportunities
