Stamford Bridge Hotel is a renowned hotel known for its exceptional service and welcoming atmosphere. We pride ourselves on providing a memorable experience for our guests. We are seeking a Night Receptionist to join our dedicated and friendly night reception team.

You will report to the Night Manager and assist the hotel management team, as well as deliver excellent customer service.

As a Night Receptionist, you will be
responsible for:

  • Welcoming and checking in guests with a warm and professional demeanor
  • Managing reservations and handling guest enquiries
  • Handling guest complaints and resolving issues promptly
  • Performing night audits and preparing reports
  • Assisting with any other tasks as required by management
  • Delivering service and operation standards as per the hotel's 'Standard Operating Procedures'
  • Sharing property and company information to ensure commercial and operational success
  • Assisting with fire evacuations

To be successful in the role of Night Receptionist, we require:

  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and handle stressful situations
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with hotel management software
  • A friendly and approachable personality
  • Flexibility to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays
