About the role:

  • Provide night-time reception services to ensure an exceptional guest experience from check-in to check-out
  • Perform audits as required
  • Handle guest queries efficiently
  • Communicate guest feedback to the Night Manager and Supervisors
  • Maintain high customer service standards
  • Attend training and assist in team development
  • Know hotel room categories, rates, packages, and promotions
  • Maximize room occupancy and promote hotel services
  • Follow procedures for foreign currencies, credit cards, and cash
  • Use front of house equipment and property management systems correctly
  • Assist other departments when needed
