Responsibilities
will include, but are not limited to:

  • Observe all security, health, and safety regulations.
  • Ensure all guests are welcomed and checked-in in a warm, genuine, and professional manner; address guests by name when possible. Be fully familiar with check-out procedures, providing information and assistance.
  • Stay updated on hotel availability and propose up-sell and cross-sell opportunities to maximize occupancy and revenue.
  • Adhere to all hotel credit policies, managing payments carefully and seeking support from departmental leaders when needed.
  • File all new arrival registration cards after updating relevant information.
  • File all dockets from Restaurant, Bar, and Room Service.
  • Close all City Ledgers and third-party payments for the next day's departures.
  • Handle guest complaints and seek assistance from senior team members when necessary.

What we are looking for?

  • Fluency in English; additional Spanish language skills are beneficial.
  • Prior experience in a similar role.
  • The candidate must already have eligibility to work in the UK.
