Travelodge Thurrock Lakeside is hiring a Night Reception Team Member on a part-time 16-hour week. You will welcome guests, check them in, patrol corridors, handle noise and evictions, and set up for the next day, including breakfast prep and housekeeping trolleys.

The role involves late-night bar service, occasional cooking and serving behind the bar, and opportunities to progress through our Aspire Programme.

Qualifications

• No experience required; on-the-job coaching provided.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and check them in at night.
• Walk corridors and respond to noise complaints or evictions.
• Set up hotel for the next day, including housekeeping trolleys and breakfast prep.
• Occasionally serve behind the bar and assist with snack service.

Come and join our amazing team at Travelodge Thurrock Lakeside as a Night Reception Team Member on a Part Time contract 16 hours per week. shift times are 23:00 to 07:00. Please note you will need to serve alcohol and cook food during the night shift as our bar is open offering a snack menu. There will also be overtime available at Thurrock Lakeside and other Travelodge's within our District.

Your job will be welcoming the guests and checking them into the hotel, but you’ll also be walking the corridors at regular intervals and you may have to deal with things like noise complaints and evictions. Your other main responsibility is setting up the hotel for the next day, so you’ll be doing things like preparing the housekeeping trolleys, or prepping for breakfast service and even serving behind the bar at times”
