Be part of a fun, energetic, and family-feel team with flexible working to suit everyone. No experience required for this role; we can coach and teach you everything you need to know!

Responsibilities

• Welcoming guests and checking them in at the hotel.
• Walking the corridors at regular intervals and responding to any issues such as noise complaints.
• Dealing with evictions when necessary and following hotel procedures.
• Setting up the hotel for the next day, including preparing housekeeping trolleys and prepping for breakfast service.
• Serving behind the bar at times, as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills are beneficial
