Responsibilities

• Welcoming guests and checking them in at the front desk.
• Walking the corridors at regular intervals and addressing guest needs, including noise issues and, when necessary, evictions.
• Setting up the hotel for the next day, including preparing housekeeping trolleys and prepping for breakfast service.
• Serving behind the bar at times as part of duties.
