Job summary

Travelodge Nottingham Central is seeking a Night Reception Team Member on a part-time contract. You will welcome guests, check them in, and keep the hotel running smoothly through the night shift. The role offers a friendly, supportive team and flexible working patterns.

No prior experience is required as coaching and training are provided; opportunities exist to progress through Aspire Programme and other incentive schemes.

Qualifications

• No experience required; role offers coaching and training.
• Front desk guest check-in and reception duties.
• Ability to manage noise complaints and basic evictions if needed.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming guests and checking them in at the hotel lobby.
• Walk the corridors to monitor activity and respond to requests.
• Set up the hotel for the next day: prepare housekeeping trolleys and breakfast prep.
• Occasionally serve behind the bar as needed.
• Assist with general upkeep and ordering supplies for shift turnaround.
