Job summary

PrepWorld Ltd is seeking a proactive Production Supervisor to lead night operations at our Gravesend facility. You will develop Area Team Leaders, uphold safety and quality standards, and ensure accurate production documentation and processes.

You will manage production staff across the night shift, drive performance improvements, and coordinate with the Shift Manager to deliver targets and smooth handovers in a fast-moving food manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Proactive and hands-on production leadership.
• Experience leading Area Team Leaders and production staff.
• Strong focus on safety, quality, and GMP standards.

Responsibilities

• Train, mentor, and support Area Team Leaders to drive performance.
• Act as the first point of contact for the production area.
• Enforce company policies and procedures with the team.
• Ensure safe use of facilities and equipment and maintain a safe environment.
• Lead night-shift operations and oversee attendance and labour usage.
• Review performance with the Shift Manager and ensure effective handovers.
