Job summary

apetito UK is seeking a Nights Meals Supervisor to lead the production line on nights, ensuring quality, safety and performance targets are met. You will drive a culture of teamwork and accountability while developing your team and solving problems on the floor.

The role requires experience in a manufacturing environment, strong computer skills (SAP/Excel) and a proactive approach to continuous improvement. A competitive package and shift allowance are offered for night work.

Qualifications

• Experience in a production/manufacturing environment.
• Able to work nights and adapt to shift patterns.
• Strong team working and communication skills.
• Demonstrates initiative and problem-solving ability.

Responsibilities

• Lead the night production team to achieve targets and quality standards.
• Reduce waste and optimize material use through monitoring and training.
• Ensure all quality, production and SAP documentation is completed accurately and on time.
• Drive continuous improvement and implement corrective actions where needed.
• Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene and 5S practices.
• Champion Health & Safety and lead audits and incidents reporting.
• Develop team members through coaching and return-to-work meetings.
• Manage labour resources to meet performance targets and costs.
