Arla Foods Westbury Dairy is recruiting a proactive Production Operative for a part-time night-shift role at the largest butter and powder facility in the UK. You will operate high-speed equipment, prioritise safety and quality, and receive thorough training for each task.

The role requires weekend work on a 7 x 12-hour night shift pattern averaging 21 hours weekly. We offer a competitive pro rata salary of £38,400 per year and benefits including pension, on-site parking and canteen.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work night shifts and weekends.
• Strong numeracy and literacy skills are essential.
• Able to work on own initiative in a fast-paced, automated environment.
• Willingness to learn and follow training procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operate high-speed processing and packing equipment.
• Ensure safety, quality and efficiency on the production line.
• Receive full training to carry out tasks.
• Support a part-time night shift schedule, including some weekends.
