PRODUCTION OPERATIVES

37.5 hours per week

Rate of pay: £15.10 per hour. Initial 3-4 months training will be on days and paid at £12.60/hr until moved to the night shift.

You will play a key role in manufacturing our products, ensuring customer focus in all activities. Duties include working as part of a team on production lines, maintaining housekeeping, adhering to Health & Safety and Quality Standards, and supporting continuous improvement activities.

We are recruiting Production Operatives for a fortnightly rotational shift pattern. Our goal is to provide excellent customer service, requiring a proactive and motivated attitude. The role offers structured pay scales with opportunities for progression, training, and personal development.

About You

You should have a passion for high-quality standards, a positive "can do" attitude, and enjoy teamwork. You should also be comfortable working independently and contribute ideas for continuous improvement.

Key Skills, Experience & Qualities

• Experience in a busy FMCG environment is desirable but not essential; full training will be provided.
• Experience with structured shift patterns is desirable.
• Previous machinery operation experience is advantageous.
