About The Role

We are looking for Night Practitioners to join our team at Clann Dion in Rand near Wragby, Lincoln.

We are looking for a compassionate, enthusiastic, and a dedicated Night Practitioner to join our team. As a Life Practitioner, you will provide essential support to individuals with severe learning disabilities and complex needs. You will play a key role in helping them live fulfilling, independent lives.

Pay Rates

Starting rates for those without experience are £12.56 and for those with experience it’s £12.85

New Entry - £12.56, Level 1 - £12.85, Level 2 - £13.35, Level 3 £13.85

You will have the opportunity to enhance your skills through our competency framework, unlocking pathways to increased hourly rates of pay.

We offer flexible hours to suit your family life.

Nights - 40hrs per week. Part-Time shifts also available. Night/hours to be agreed with Manager.

About You

What will you be doing:

•Working with the staff team across all levels to safeguard our young people at all times.
•Participating in a wide range of innovative and exciting recreational events held within the home
•Assisting with practical tasks relating to care. For example, cooking and cleaning.
•Creating positive relationships with the young people, maintaining dignity and respect at all times.
•Meeting the physical, emotional, behavioural and cultural needs of the young people
•Continually maintaining accurate and clear record keeping.
•Ensuring that the needs of the young people are being met and regularly reviewing and recording any changes to their needs.
•Actively contributing to the development of the team

What experience and qualifications do you need:

•A genuine passion for care and to be motivated by contributing to the progression of others.
•A strong team player
•Resilient and confidence to ask for support as needed
