Salary: The role offers an on-target earning potential of £12.80 per hour, comprising a base rate of £12.21 plus approximately £0.59 in gratuities per hour.

About The Role: This is a zero-hours contract, typically for three to four nights a week, with opportunities for extra hours. The shifts are overnight, from 10 pm to 6:30 am. As a Guest Services Assistant, your responsibilities include:

• Greeting guests upon arrival, assisting with luggage, and ensuring professional and friendly first impressions.
• Ensuring porters perform their duties to departmental standards daily.
• Storing left luggage securely and properly tagged.
• Assisting guests with luggage and explaining hotel facilities and services.
• Promptly and courteously handling guest queries and inquiries.
• Being fully knowledgeable about hotel facilities and local area services.

About You: You are passionate about delivering excellent guest service, enjoy engaging conversations, and are naturally sales-oriented. You are outgoing, enthusiastic, proactive, and possess a can-do attitude. Experience in a hotel or resort setting is advantageous but not required.
