This role involves managing guest expectations, maintaining brand standards, and ensuring a smooth operation during the night. The Night Porter plays a crucial role in overseeing the hotel operations from sundown to sunrise. This hands-on role involves managing guest expectations and maintaining the brand standards.
While guests sleep, the Night team ensures everything runs smoothly. Your responsibilities include overseeing the Food & Beverage Department during the night, welcoming guests warmly, keeping public areas clean, and preparing meeting and event spaces for the next day.
You will assist guests with luggage, handle inquiries, and conduct nightly Health and Safety audits. The role requires organizational skills and excellent communication abilities.
Experience in a similar role is beneficial, and night shift experience is essential.
We operate 7 days a week, 365 days a year, offering flexible shift options. Our busiest times are evenings and weekends, but shift patterns and hours are flexible and can be discussed during the interview.
