Responsibilities

• Assist guests with luggage and travel arrangements.
• Support the night operation to meet guest requests including room amenities and serving Food and beverages.
• Remain vigilant to keep the hotel safe and secure during night shifts.
• Adapt on shift and use initiative to prepare the hotel for the day ahead.
• Discuss shift patterns and contracted hours at interview to ensure flexibility.
