Village Hotels - Solihull is seeking a Night Porter to lead the overnight shift, greeting late arrivals, ensuring guests feel at home, and upselling our facilities.

You will be the engine of the shift, handling welcome, safety checks, night audits, cash handling, and the hotel switchboard, plus pub and room service duties, enabling the day team to hit the ground running. We value personality, energy, and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• The Welcome: Checking in late arrivals and saluting early birds with warmth and energy, upselling facilities.
• The Protector: Overnight security checks, cash handling, night audits, and hotel switchboard management.
• The All-Rounder: Serving in the Pub, room service, cleaning public areas, and setting up meeting rooms for the day team.
