A day in the life of…
As Night Manager, your responsibilities include ensuring the safety and security of guests and staff during the night. You will act as a hotel ambassador, delivering first-class service to all guests. Your duties include conducting at least two security checks per shift, focusing on fire safety and overall building security, performing the nightly audit, liaising with the accounts team for accuracy, setting up conference areas, preparing breakfast from 6 am, and engaging with guests and residents to resolve issues professionally.
Based at the Mercure Glasgow City Hotel, you will be part of a passionate team that values quality over clock-watching.
What do we need from you?
To succeed in this role, you should be passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences and embody our brand standards. At Aimbridge EMEA, we prioritize personality over experience, so a vibrant personality and a flair for hospitality are essential.
Experience with Opera Cloud or similar systems, as well as prior night or hotel reception experience, would be advantageous, but full training will be provided.
