Night Porter Role and Responsibilities:

1. Check in late arrivals and check out early departures in line with company procedures.
2. Ensure thorough communication with all departments.
3. Complete all tasks during each shift and provide a handover at the end of the shift.
4. Make wake-up calls promptly and book taxis for guests as needed.
5. Take room service orders and deliver them to guests.
6. Manage the residents’ bar, including preparing and serving drinks and performing cleaning duties.
7. Have a thorough knowledge of fire evacuation procedures and computer systems.
8. Ensure the site is secure by conducting regular walk-arounds throughout the shift.
9. Set up rooms for meetings and private dining.
10. Provide personal attention, take personal responsibility, and work as part of a team to deliver excellent guest service.
