The Role

As our Night Porter, you will provide friendly and efficient customer service, creating a secure, warm, and welcoming environment for owners. You will assist with administrative and operational tasks across the village and support care activities if required.

The Ideal Candidate
  • Strong communication skills
  • Good literacy and numeracy, with proficiency in written and spoken English
  • Computer skills are advantageous
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively
  • Positive attitude and tolerant nature
  • Flexible with duties and shift patterns
  • Experience in pool cleaning and testing, preparing pools and club for use, maintaining cleanliness in communal areas, and refuse collection
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle emergencies
  • Warm, professional, and empathetic demeanor
