Job summary

WOBURN is seeking an energetic Night Porter to join our hospitality team in Milton Keynes. This hands-on role is the face of the hotel after dark, handling guest requests, late check-ins and ensuring safety and smooth operations through the night.

You’ll be reliable, calm under pressure and ready to manage routine checks, cleaning and setups during quiet hours, with opportunities to grow within an award-winning company that values guest experiences and career development.

What We’re Looking For

• A night owl who’s friendly, reliable, and ready to be the face of the hotel after dark
• Previous hospitality, security, or customer service experience is a plus
• Confident handling late check-ins, early check-outs, and guest requests
• Organised, self-motivated, and able to work independently
• Calm under pressure and quick to solve problems on the spot
• Happy to do cleaning, set-ups, and safety checks during the quiet hours
• Flexible to work overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays

• Can make every guest feel safe, welcome, and cared for – even at 3am
• Have a good eye for detail and can spot when something’s not quite right
• Know your way around basic maintenance or can think fast to get issues sorted
• Keep things running smoothly while the rest of the team sleeps
