The Woburn in Milton Keynes is seeking a Night Porter to join our energetic, hands-on team. You’ll be the face of the hotel after dark, handling late check-ins, guest requests, and safety checks with calm professionalism.

We value reliability and a proactive approach; you’ll contribute to a welcoming atmosphere, assist with cleaning and setup during quieter hours, and work overnight shifts, weekends and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• Night porter role in hospitality with a focus on guest service and safety.
• Experience in security or customer service is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle late check-ins and guest requests with calm professionalism.
• Perform cleaning, setups and safety checks during quiet hours.

What We’re Looking For

• A night owl who’s friendly, reliable, and ready to be the face of the hotel after dark
• Previous hospitality, security, or customer service experience is a plus
• Confident handling late check-ins, early check-outs, and guest requests
• Organised, self-motivated, and able to work independently
• Calm under pressure and quick to solve problems on the spot
• Happy to do cleaning, set-ups, and safety checks during the quiet hours
• Flexible to work overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays

• Have a good eye for detail and can spot when something’s not quite right
• Know your way around basic maintenance or can think fast to get issues sorted
