Location: Heart of the New Forest

Hours: 5 Nights Out of 7

Shift Time: 22:45 - 07:15

We are seeking a self-motivated and dependable night shift team member to join our close-knit team in the heart of the New Forest.

This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in presentation, can work alone without supervision, and understands the importance of safety, trust, and cleanliness in a hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintaining high levels of cleanliness and presentation throughout the hotel and public areas
• Bar service for residents and assisting with bar close-down procedures
• Setting up events including conferences, weddings, and afternoon teas
• Conducting fire and safety checks and managing any emergency situations confidently, including evacuation if needed
• Completing overnight security walks inside and outside the property
• Supporting kitchen porter duties and assisting with breakfast setup
• Keeping all guest-facing areas clean, safe, and ready for the next day
  
  

Who We're Looking For

• Someone who is trustworthy, independent, and takes initiative
• Cleaning is a major part of the role - if you are not comfortable with this, please do not apply
• Calm and clear-headed under pressure, particularly in emergency situations
• Willing to work weekends, nights, and occasional extra hours during events
