Job summary

Klarent Hospitality Limited seeks a Night Porter to join our hotel team in the United Kingdom. You will provide overnight support, assist guests from check-in to check-out, and respond promptly to queries, delivering friendly, high-quality service.

You will help maintain safety standards, prepare facilities for the next day, and contribute to a positive guest experience while working overnight shifts as part of a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Confident communicator with strong guest interaction skills.
• Attention to detail and high standards of hygiene and safety.
• Passion for excellent customer service.
• Able to work overnight shifts and adapt to demands.
• Able to work independently when required.

Responsibilities

• Provide overnight hotel support and guest assistance.
• Assist with check-in/check-out and guest queries.
• Ensure compliance with Health and Safety regulations.
• Prepare facilities for the following day.
• Maintain a secure and welcoming lobby environment.
