Contract & Salary:

• Full Time 45 hours per week 5 days per week
• 9 hours shifts
• Working Pattern - 22.00pm until 07.00am

Main Responsibilities

The following are specific responsibilities and contributions critical to the successful performance of the position:

• Washing Dishes and Cookware
• Cleaning of equipment and kitchen areas
• Cleaning of floors
• General Kitchen Duties
• Tidying and organising of kitchen areas
• Collect and wash pots and pans.
• Unload food and equipment deliveries.
• Keep the storeroom organised.
• Keep work surfaces, walls and floors clean and sanitised.

In addition to keeping the kitchen sparkling clean, kitchen porters can be involved in food preparation.
