Responsibilities

• Accurate picking and dispatch of goods using a handheld terminal and reporting any differences to the Manager.
• Check quality and shelf life; ensure packaging is robust for delivery.
• Provide high-standard customer service by processing deliveries efficiently and to target.
• Be polite with delivery staff and handle queries/complaints by directing complex issues to the appropriate person.
• Maintain punctuality and a neat appearance at all times.
