Job summary

Royal Mail’s Parcelforce Worldwide in London Northwest is seeking a Warehouse Sorter to unload, load and sort parcels and to prepare deliveries for drivers. You will contribute to a fast, friendly service while maintaining accuracy and safety in a busy depot.

Starting salary £25,201 per year with progression to £27,561 after six months and potential to earn up to £30,000 per year with overtime. Weekend shifts include a Sunday premium and other allowances may apply.

Qualifications

• Good attention to detail.
• Ability to lift and carry parcels up to 30kg.
• Friendly, dependable, and customer focused.
• Comfortable working independently but also a team player.

Responsibilities

• Unloading / Loading parcels
• Sorting parcels to correct delivery route / preparing trailer ready for the drivers / onward transport
• Providing a friendly, dependable service
