Job summary

Parcelforce Worldwide, part of Royal Mail Group, is recruiting for a 38-hour-per-week role in London Northwest (Acton). Starting salary £25,201 per year with overtime; progression to £27,561 after six months and potential to reach £30,000 with overtime. Night shifts 11:30pm–7:00am, 38 hours, with overtime opportunities.

Will unload/load parcels, sort for routes and trailers, and deliver a friendly, dependable service to customers. Outer London weighting and benefits apply.

Qualifications

• Good attention to detail with ability to handle parcels carefully.
• Ability to lift and carry parcels up to 30 kg.
• Friendly, dependable and customer focused.
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Unloading / loading parcels.
• Sorting parcels to correct delivery route and preparing trailers.
