Job summary

Malmaison Leeds is seeking a Night Porter to oversee hotel operations from sunset to sunrise, ensuring guest expectations are met and brand standards are maintained.

The Nights team handles public areas, luggage, and nightly safety checks while preparing spaces for the next day and welcoming guests in a friendly, helpful manner. Experience in a similar role and night shifts is essential; we offer flexible shifts and potential progression to supervisory roles.

Qualifications

• Experience of working in a similar role is beneficial.
• Experience of night shift work is essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the running of the hotel from sundown to sunrise and maintain brand standards.
• Manage the Night shift's Food & Beverage duties and welcome guests in a friendly and helpful manner.
• Keep public areas immaculate and prepare meeting and event spaces for the next day.
• Assist guests with luggage, answer enquiries, and carry out nightly Health and Safety audits.
• Be organised and an excellent communicator.
