New Store Opening - Nike Oxford Circus

Nike Oxford Circus is looking for the next full-time 40-hour Night Operations Athlete to join our team and provide world-class service to our consumers.

As our Night Operations Athlete, your role is crucial to the effective running of the store. You will focus on stock, processes, and delivery efficiency, ensuring all goods are received and processed accurately.

You will process stock efficiently to ensure that the back-of-house environment reflects the energy, passion, and innovation our consumers experience on the shop floor.

What You Bring

1. Expertise in exceptional consumer service and product knowledge to deliver a premium brand experience.
2. Assistance to retail leads and floor managers (Coaches) in training new employees.
3. Support for store departments (e.g., operating cash registers, managing incoming and outgoing goods, refilling products, building visual displays) and recommending products to reach sales targets.
4. Knowledge of digital devices to connect online and offline sales or services.
5. Ability to inform consumers and new teammates about Nike products and services.
6. Commitment to improving knowledge through tools and training to stay updated on sales trends, products, services, and culture.

Qualifications

1. Customer service and/or retail experience preferred.
2. Effective communication skills, brand ambassador qualities, and team collaboration.
3. Ability to apply product sales techniques.
4. Flexibility with scheduling, including day, evening, weekends, and holidays, based on store needs.

Availability

1. 6/7 nights with a maximum of 5/7 working days per week.
2. Availability to work evenings, Saturdays, and Sundays.
