Job summary

Care Concern Group is seeking a Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) for Haddington Care Home. You will deliver clinically led care, assess needs, develop care plans, and lead shifts while guiding the care team. An active NMC PIN is required and strong communication skills are essential.

The role offers ongoing training, progression opportunities to Senior, Clinical Lead and Management levels, with paid breaks and enhanced annual leave, in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse RGN or RMN with an active NMC PIN.
• Strong clinical judgement and decision making skills.
• Confidence in leading shifts and supporting a team.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• Experience in a care home setting is beneficial, however we welcome nurses from a range of backgrounds who are keen to develop within this environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high quality, clinically led care and maintain safe, effective, person-centered practice across your shift.
• Assess needs, develop and review care plans, administer medication and monitor changes in physical and mental health.
• Lead shifts, support and guide the care team, and respond promptly to changing needs to ensure continuity and quality of care.
• Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to a well-organised, professional environment where dignity and wellbeing are prioritized.
