Night Nurse Manager (RGN / RMN / RNLD) – Nursing Home – 54 Residents

Location: Chell, Stoke-on-Trent

Salary: Up to £48,048 per annum (rate per hour to be specified)

Hours: Full-time or Part-time (Days/Nights/Mixed)

Contract type: Permanent

Job Responsibilities:
  • Manage and oversee nursing care for 54 residents in a nursing home setting.
  • Ensure compliance with CQC standards and regulations.
  • Lead and support nursing staff to provide high-quality care.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and resident records.
  • Coordinate with healthcare teams and family members.
Minimum Requirements:
  • Valid NMC Pin and full eligibility to work in the UK.
  • Experience in a similar role within a care or nursing home setting.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance.
