Night Nurse Manager (RGN or RMN) - Maghull


Nurse Seekers are proud to be working on behalf of a state-of-the-art dementia specialist nursing home in Maghull, who are recruiting a passionate and experienced Night Nurse Manager (RGN or RMN) to lead their experienced team.


The Role:

As Night Nurse Manager, you'll lead the skilled night nursing and care team, ensuring the highest standards of clinical care and resident safety are maintained through the night. You'll play a key role in decision-making, emergency response, and staff support while fostering a calm, reassuring environment for both residents and staff.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee and lead the night team, including nurses and care staff.
  2. Deliver and supervise person-centred dementia care.
  3. Respond to medical or behavioural incidents swiftly and professionally.
  4. Carry out night audits, medication management, and quality checks.
  5. Ensure documentation is completed accurately and timely.
  6. Be the go-to senior presence on-site during night hours.

Requirements:

  1. NMC-registered (RGN or RMN) with a passion for dementia care.
  2. Previous leadership or senior nurse experience.
  3. Strong clinical knowledge and decision-making skills.
  4. Empathetic, patient, and calm under pressure.
