A leading care facility in Exeter is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse for night shifts. You will ensure safe and personalized care for residents, manage clinical assessments, and mentor junior staff. The ideal candidate will be an RGN or RMN with a passion for high-quality care. What We Offer
Your Role
As Night Nurse at Alexander House, you will play a vital leadership role during the night shift, ensuring the delivery of safe, compassionate, and personalised care. You will be responsible for managing clinical assessments, monitoring residents’ health status, and responding promptly to emergencies. Your clinical expertise will support the night team, and you will coordinate seamless handovers, maintaining effective communication with day staff and healthcare professionals.
You will oversee medication management, administer treatments safely, and ensure all documentation is accurate and compliant. Beyond clinical duties, you will mentor and support junior staff, encouraging a culture of respect, dignity, and continuous improvement. Your role will be central to creating a secure and nurturing environment where residents can rest peacefully.
