Night Nurse

Location: Colchester

Salary: Up to GBP 21.50 per hour

Hours: 31.5 hours per week

The Role

• Hold a valid NMC Pin and provide the details to the organisation.
• Ensure the highest standard of clinical care for all supported individuals.
• Involved in assessments, medication administration, and care planning, implementation, and evaluation.
• The home is a high-dependency, residential care facility providing 24-hour nursing and personal care for adults with disabilities, most of whom are younger.
• Support individual choices through active, person-centered, and flexible approaches.
