Brainkind is a charity delivering neuro rehabilitation to adults with brain injuries. We are seeking a Night Rehabilitation Support Worker to work near Broadbridge Heath, Horsham, in a residential setting. You will support residents with daily living tasks and rehabilitation goals alongside a multidisciplinary team.

No prior care experience is required as we provide full induction and specialist training. Shifts rotate, including weekends, with a competitive hourly rate up to £14.21 plus £1

Formación

• Empathy and resilience to support residents through rehabilitation.
• Excellent face-to-face communication and literacy.
• Strong teamwork and prioritising your workload.
• Manual driving license is essential.
• Must be able to administer medication or be willing to be trained.
• Experience in supported living is preferred.
