Job summary

Culina is seeking reliable MHE Operatives for Markham Vale 1 site in the UK. You will operate reach trucks, VNA and PPT equipment, support loading and stock movement, and help keep inbound activity running smoothly.

The role involves night shifts (5 on, 2 off) from 22:00 to 06:00 with a base rate of £13.13/hour plus a £1.75/hour shift allowance, plus overtime paid at time and a half. Applicants should have training evidence on reach truck or VNA within a warehouse setting, with on-site training

Qualifications

• Previous MHE experience in a warehouse/logistics setting.
• Training evidence on reach truck or VNA with hours verified.
• On-site training allowed for refresher certifications but with on-site checks.
• Strong focus on safe working practices and attention to detail.
• Flexible, reliable and team-focused approach.
• Able to work a 5-on 2-off night shift pattern.

Responsibilities

• Operate MHE safely (Reach trucks, VNA, PPT as required).
• Movement, replenishment and put-away of stock.
• Assist loading, unloading and inbound activities.
• Perform vehicle, equipment and safety checks.
• Use scanners or warehouse systems to maintain stock accuracy.
• Collaborate with warehouse team to keep operations moving.
