Your Role

As Night Manager, you'll be the senior leader on duty overnight—responsible for the safety, comfort, and satisfaction of every guest. You'll lead the night team with calm authority, resolve issues gracefully, and ensure the hotel is ready to shine come sunrise.

What You'll Be Doing
  1. Oversee all hotel operations during the night shift, acting as the senior decision-maker on site.
  2. Support and supervise the front office, housekeeping, and security teams.
  3. Handle late check-ins, early departures, and guest requests with professionalism and warmth.
  4. Manage incidents, emergencies, and escalations confidently and carefully.
  5. Complete night audit procedures and prepare handover reports for the day team.
  6. Ensure all public areas remain secure, clean, and guest-ready.
