Night Manager – Maintenance & Facility Services

SV Clean Inc. is a privately owned company that provides commercial janitorial and building services to companies throughout the Denver Metro and surrounding areas. We are known for delivering exceptional personal service and addressing the unique needs of each client. Our clients include property management companies, educational facilities, medical and veterinary facilities, manufacturing and distribution centers, and various commercial businesses.

We are seeking a Night Manager to join our growing Operations team. The ideal candidate will have some experience in the janitorial industry, be bilingual in Spanish and English, and be eager to learn from our Senior Night Manager and management team. The core working hours are from 4 pm to 12 am, Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities:

1. Monitor and respond to emails, calls, and texts during weekdays and as needed on weekends.
2. Coordinate with contracted cleaning crews to resolve complaints and communicate results to management.
3. Visit multiple buildings each night and perform scheduled cleaning tasks using an app-based system.
4. Perform supply inventories.
5. Report emergencies to management or client contacts during off-hours.
6. Send nightly reports to management via email.
7. Build and maintain relationships with cleaning crews.
8. Communicate effectively via text, email, and phone.

Qualifications:

• Bilingual in English and Spanish (Required)
• High School Diploma (Required)
• Valid Driver’s License with access to reliable transportation (Required)
• Experience in the janitorial and building maintenance industry
