Are you a calm, capable leader who thrives in the quiet hours?
We are looking for a dedicated Night Manager to take the lead in overseeing Hotel Services across our hospital sites during the night shift. This vital role ensures our services run smoothly and safely while most of the world sleeps.
You will be the go-to person for operational coordination, staff support, and service delivery—working closely with clinical teams to respond to requests and maintain high standards of care and safety. Shift pattern: Wednesday to Sunday, 10:30pm - 7:00am (including 1-hour break).
You will bring solid experience in facilities, hotel services, or healthcare operations—ideally with a background in supervision or management. You are someone who thrives under pressure, stays calm and clear-headed, and makes confident decisions independently. Organised and proactive, you know how to keep things running smoothly even when challenges arise.
A key part of your role will be working closely with the A&E departments at both St Mary's and Charing Cross Hospitals, responding to urgent service needs and supporting clinical teams to deliver timely, effective care.
A valid UK driving licence is essential, as you will be travelling between sites to stay connected with teams and services. Above all, you are passionate about delivering high standards and continuously improving the way services support patient care.
If you are ready to lead with purpose and make your mark during the night shift, we would love to hear from you.
At Imperial College Healthcare you can achieve extraordinary things with extraordinary people, working with leading clinicians pushing boundaries in patient care.
