Job Description:

We are on the lookout for enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional guest experience in a dynamic, award-winning” boutique hotel environment.


As a Front of House Team member, you’ll be the welcoming face of our establishment, embodying our commitment to excellence, individuality and fun. If you are ready to bring your unique spark to our team, we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Do:

  • Uphold our high service standards with every interaction, ensuring guest satisfaction is always our top priority.
  • Serve as welcoming sunshine for our guests, delivering warm and personalised service with a genuine smile.
  • Take ownership of your role, proactively anticipating and exceeding gust expectations with professionalism and dedication.
  • Embrace your unique personality and charm, bringing touch of warmth and authenticity with each interaction.
  • Perform night check following a checklist, ensuring health and safety of our guests.
  • Monitor key areas of the building and be the point of contact for our guests during the night.
  • Prepare and serve drinks for guests if requested.

Working hours:

36 hours per week

Shift hours: 10pm - 7am

Four nights on, four off
