Job summary

RBH Hospitality Management is seeking a Night Manager for Crowne Plaza London Docklands, an upscale hotel in east London with 210 rooms and waterfront views. You will oversee the night audit from 7pm to 7am, ensure guest safety, manage the night team, and coordinate with other departments to deliver seamless guest experiences.

Previous hospitality or finance experience is preferred; strong detail and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hospitality or finance roles, with an understanding of accounting principles.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy, particularly in financial reconciliation.
• Good communication skills and the ability to handle guest enquiries professionally.
• Basic IT skills and familiarity with property management systems (PMS).
• Flexibility to work night shifts and the ability to remain focused and productive.

Responsibilities

• The principal responsibility is safety and security of guests and ensuring the accurate and timely completion of the night audit function during the hours of 7pm to 7am
• You will manage a team ensuring each member is effective, trained and developed
• Being the main point of contact for all in-house and external guest queries and requests during the night
• Liaising with all departments and ensure swift and efficient communication across the hotel
• Maintain clear communication with the day team by preparing handover notes and ensuring all relevant information is recorded
• Handle any emergency situations overnight, acting as the point of contact and coordinating with necessary departments
