The Gables in Swinderby, Lincolnshire, is seeking a Night Life Practitioner to support adults with complex needs. You will help individuals live more independently, assist with daily activities, and accompany them on community trips using the company vehicle.

Starting rates are £13.37–£14.37, with progression via our competency framework to higher hourly rates. A strong team ethos and excellent communication are essential.

Qualifications

• A genuine passion for care and helping others progress.
• Strong teamwork and resilience to ask for support.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Competent with computers and basic software.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals with severe learning disabilities and complex needs.
• Assist with daily activities and accompany residents on community trips.
• Provide safe transport using the company vehicle.
• Engage in meaningful activities to promote independence.
• Maintain clear, accurate daily records and report concerns.
