Job summary

Pret A Manger is seeking a Night Shift - Team Member - Kitchen to join our kitchen team and help prepare fresh, high-quality food in a fast-paced shop environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a kitchen, food preparation or hospitality environment is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Preparing fresh food products to Pret's high standards.
• Following recipes, preparation guides and food safety procedures at all times.
• Ensuring products are prepared, stocked and available throughout the day.
• Maintaining excellent food safety, health & safety and hygiene standards.
• Managing stock rotation and helping to minimise waste.
• Receiving deliveries and storing products correctly.
• Keeping kitchen areas, equipment and storage areas clean and organised.
• Working closely with the wider shop team to ensure a great customer experience.
• Supporting new team members during training when required.
• Contributing to a positive, supportive and inclusive team culture.
