Pret A Manger is hiring a Kitchen Leader to ensure consistent food preparation to Pret standards and to lead and motivate the shop team. You will work closely with Managers to maintain a high-energy, customer-focused environment, promoting Pret’s values while keeping the kitchen safe and compliant.

You’ll manage stock, handle administrative tasks, and help drive shift performance, delivering a fresh and satisfying experience for every customer. This is a shop-floor role with real impact.
